Pricing questions
How is the price worked out?
Each server has a monthly price set by the number of hosting accounts on it. A website is not an account: every account can run unlimited sites and domains.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The same features and the same credits. Paying yearly takes 20% off the monthly price.
How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes free credits that renew each month: 200 on Solo, 500 on Team, 1,200 on Pro and 2,500 on Host. A simple question uses 1 credit, and fixing a server configuration uses 10 to 20. Once your plan's credits run out, each extra 100 credits costs 5 riyals.
Could I get an AI bill I did not expect?
No. Complex autonomous investigations are metered, and you set a spending cap they never go past.
Do reseller accounts count towards the server?
Yes. Every hosting account on the server counts, whether you opened it or one of your resellers did.
What if I need more than 100 accounts?
The Host plan includes 100 accounts, and each extra account is 0.55 riyals a month.
